Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund support for eligible service issues. If there is a clear problem with a delivered service, contact us within 24 hours and we will review it.
Overview
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service purchased through the Platform. Please read this carefully before placing an order.
Completed Service Orders
Once work has started or a service deliverable has been sent to the email address provided at checkout, refunds are reviewed case by case based on the issue reported and the work already completed.
Approved refunds may be full or partial depending on the service stage, package scope and evidence provided by the customer.
Cancellations Before Delivery
Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 1 hour of placing the order, and only if work has not started. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@uniqueapp.shop with your order details.
We cannot guarantee cancellation even within this window. Once service work begins, the order may no longer be fully refundable.
Delivery or Communication Issues
If you do not receive an order confirmation after a confirmed payment, please contact us within 24 hours at support@uniqueapp.shop. We will investigate and resend the confirmation if needed.
Check your spam/junk folder before raising a non-delivery complaint. We are not responsible for emails that were delivered successfully to the email address provided but were not seen by the customer.
Service Quality Issues
If a delivered service does not match the selected package scope, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and a clear description of the issue. We will review the case and may provide a correction, revision, partial refund or full refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete project information, unavailable customer responses or requests outside the purchased package scope.
Refund Timeline
In the event a refund is approved by RAJ DEBNATH (for eligible cases such as non-delivery due to our fault), it will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
